POLICIES, TERMS, CONDITIONS
A signed contract and travel fee are required to lock in appointment. Deposit is non-refundable unless the artist cancels the appointment. The final invoice will be sent at the end of the appointment. Remaining balance is due in full by end of day. Any cosmetic allergies, skin conditions, or relevant medical concerns must be stated on the contract.
A $50 travel fee is required for on-location services and house calls located within 30 miles of Harbor City, CA. The travel fee is $75 if 30-50 miles away. Travel fee will be negotiated between the artist and client for appointments 50+ miles away. Any parking or valet fees incurred by the artist at the venue will be added to the final invoice.
Client is to be ready with clean skin at the start of the appointment. A $15 late fee will be added to the final invoice if the appointment is delayed more than 15 minutes. Appointments delayed more than 30 minutes are subject to cancellation.
Operating hours are from 8am to 8pm. Appointments made outside of this timeframe are subject to a $25 fee. Last minute appointments are also subject to a $25 fee. Last minute appointments are any services booked less than 24 hours in advance.
Client satisfaction is guaranteed. Satisfaction is assumed unless otherwise stated before the conclusion of the appointment.
